Myself, my husband and all whom I have shared this with at our home and work just love this. The only negative is what has been mentioned before. It doesn’t go high enough on the back to take care of shoulders, traps, etc. You have to scoot down for that and that’s inconvenient. For the rest of the back it’s great. I would hope that Homedics reads these reviews and will take our comments to heart.
Some have said it’s painful. If it hurts, scoot forward a bit and there is less pressure. Easy fix. Want more pressure? Scoot as far back into chair as you can and there’s lots of pressure.
